Pages 1 to 7
The page numbers here are this book's own folio numbers, counted from the front.
Each prayer begins with a line giving its page number -- to jump there, search for the word page followed by the number, in lower case: for example, page 4.
Where a prayer runs over more than one page, the extra numbers are listed on the lines just below, each marked continued, so a search for any page in the book lands on the prayer being said on it.
Under each heading come the rubrics -- the standing, sitting and other directions -- each marked with two right angle brackets. Then the transliteration, one line to a line as it is sung. Then the English, under the word English.
In the braille file the transliteration is uncontracted and the English is contracted, so that the Hebrew words read letter by letter.
Ki anu amecha v'ata Eloheinu.
For we are Your people -- and You are our God.

We are Your congregation -- and You, our portion.
Anu nachalatecha v'ata goraleinu.
We are Your inheritance -- and You, what we were given.
Anu tzonecha v'ata ro'einu.
We are Your flock -- and You, our shepherd.
Anu charmecha v'ata not'reinu.
We are Your vineyard -- and You, the one who keeps it.

Anu ma'amirecha v'ata ma'amireinu.
We say You are ours -- and You say we are Yours.
Return again,
return again,
return to the land of your soul.
Return to who you are,
return to what you are,
return to where you are born
and reborn again.
Hashiveinu v'nashuva,

Bring us back, and we will return; renew our days, renew our days as of old.
B -- Sing twice
Chadeish, chadeish, chadeish, chadeish yameinu.
Renew, renew, renew, renew our days.
Original setting -- Text supplied by Rabbi Daniel Bogard, September 5, 2026; adapted from Lamentations 5:21.
"Let moonlight illumine us, night winds come brushing us,
breath of Your presence be felt in our souls."

B'Rosh Hashanah yikatevun, uvyom tzom Kippur yechatemun.
On Rosh Hashanah it is written, on Yom Kippur it is sealed:
How many shall pass on, and how many shall come to be?
Who shall live, and who shall die;
Who shall see ripe age, and who shall not;
Who shall perish by fire, and who by water;
Who by sword, and who by beast;
Who by hunger, and who by thirst;
Who by earthquake, and who by plague;
Who by strangling, and who by stoning;
Who shall be secure, and who shall by driven;
Who shall be tranquil, and who shall be troubled;
Who shall be poor, and who shall be rich;
Who shall be humbled, and who exalted?
U'teshuvah, u'tefillah, u'tzedakah ma'avirim et roa hagezirah.
But repentence, prayer,
and charity temper
judgement's severe decree.
.Avinu Malkeinu, sh'ma koleinu

Our Parent, our Creator, have compassion on us, on our children, and on our little ones.
Avinu Malkeinu, kale dever v'cherev v'ra'av me'aleinu
Our Parent, our Creator, remove pestilence, sword, and famine from upon us.
Avinu Malkeinu, kale kol tzar u'mastin me'aleinu.
Our Parent, our Creator, remove every oppressor and adversary from upon us.
Avinu Malkeinu, kotveinu b'sefer chayim tovim.
Our Parent, Our Creator, inscribe us in the Book of Good Life.
Avinu Malkeinu, chadesh aleinu shanah tovah.
Our Parent, Our Creator, renew for us a good year.

Let us adore the ever-living God and render praise unto the One who spread out the heavens and established the earth, whose glory is revealed in the heavens above, and whose greatness
is manifest throughout the world. Our God is one; there is none else. We bow our
heads in reverence and worship the Holy One, praised be our God. You spread out
the heavens and established the earth. You are our God; there is none else. In
truth you alone are God, as it is written, "Know then this day and take it to heart,
the Eternal One is God in the heavens above and the earth below; there is none
else." May the time not be distant, O God, when all shall turn to You in love,
when corruption and evil shall give way to integrity and goodness,
when superstition shall no longer enslave the mind, nor idolatry
blind the eye. O may all, created in Your image, become one in
friendship, forever united in Your service. Then shall Your realm
be established on earth, and the word of Your prophet fulfilled:
Adonai will reign for ever and ever.

Glorified and sanctified be God's great name throughout the world which the Holy One has created according to God's will. May God establish God's kingdom in your lifetime and
during your days, and within the life of the entire House of Israel, speedily and soon;
and say, Amen. May God's great name be blessed forever and to all eternity. Blessed
and praised, glorified and exalted, extolled and honored, adored and lauded be the
name of the Holy One, blessed be God beyond all the blessings and hymns, praises
and consolations that are ever spoken in the world; and say, Amen.
May there be abundant peace from heaven, and life, for us and
for all Israel and for all peoples and we say, Amen. May the Holy
One who creates peace in God's celestial heights, create peace for
us and for all Israel and for all peoples of the earth;
and we say, Amen.
